TECHNICAL TRAINER – Global Management Solutions (GMS)

·      Conduct Training needs analysis and develop corresponding technical training modules and programs

·      Formulating and Implementing Annual Training Plan to continuously upgrade the competency level and skills of Accredited Staff within the Organization

·      Liaising with suppliers and customers to support the planning, scheduling and delivery of training courses

·      Ensure the material provided by manufacturer’s for training is relevant for the purpose and add value to the individual and department

·      Manage training delivery, assessment, and follow-up

·      Encourage an Active learning environment and attending to every individual based on their knowledge level

·      Conducting technician knowledge and skills assessment on regular basis

·      Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of products and attend training courses

·      Maintain Training Record for all After-Sales Staff (Workshop and Spare parts)

·      Conduct Operation and Maintenance trainings for Customers

·      Submit monthly report on Training Activities & Performance to Senior Management and manufacturers
