Job Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services within MENA region.

  • 100% building new business
  • Meet personal sales target in UAE & MENA Region.
  • Research the market to open sales opportunities
  • Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
  • Deliver presentations to potential and current customers


As Business Development Manager, you will need to be highly motivated and career focused. On top of being a strong communicator and well organized, key criteria for the role will include

  • Bilingual Arabic & English fluency is a must.
  • Experience selling in Digital Marketing & Website Designing & Development services.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role in specific industry.
  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with Sales force or similar CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Wants uncapped commission.
