Job Description

TMCO has an immediate opening for the position of Outside/Technical Sales Representative at our IRAQ branch office location. TMCO is a steel fabrication and coach building company with factory located in JORDAN and sales representative branch in IRAQ catering to the needs of local municipalities, construction, and transportation industries in the geographical location of the branch. TMCO Supply & Specialties specializes in manufacturing water tankers, fuel tankers, flat-bed trailers, tippers, mobile fueling systems, mobile hospitals and ambulances. Core Competencies Customer Focus, Communication, Mediating and Negotiating, Problem Solving, Adaptability/Flexibility, Result Focus, Creative and Innovative Thinking, Ethics and Integrity, Accountability and Dependability, Team Player. Knowledge of the Mining, Construction, and Forestry Industry. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Sales and Business Development Engineer responsibilities include: 1- Focusing on and engaging in all sales functions including maintaining current potential business, achieving growth, and meeting profit targets 2- Cultivating and managing key business accounts and maintaining lines of communication 3- Prospecting and generating new clients within the territory 4- Working with key clients to establish strategic inventories and establishing contracts to maintain that business. 5- Preparing and presenting quotations 6- Acquiring product knowledge and demonstrating product to key customers 7- Assisting the Branch Manager in the day to day functions of the branch 8- Creating and maintaining strategic alliances with chassis dealers in IRAQ


Qualifications: 1- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and profit objectives within a competitive market 2- A proven track record in sales and business development 3- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills 4- Exceptional customer service skills, a proven problem solver 5- Technical aptitude and mechanical background are an asset 6- Knowledge of the trucks and chassis sales and maintenance is preferred7- Working knowledge of Microsoft office This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, career-oriented individual desiring to be part of a successful and evolving organization with the ability to greatly impact the future success of the business.
