• Project coordination

• Reporting & analytics on project progress and undertake due follow ups with diplomacy and tact

• Analysis and reporting on KPI’s per department

• Manage the GM’s office, maintain decorum, order regular supplies of consumable items

• Diary Management: Support in coordination of internal & external meetings, calendar schedules

• Liaise internally with concerned departments for procurement, travel logistics (as needed) and Finance/ICT and HR related matters

• Open to Any nationality

• 40 years old and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in any related field

• At least 3 years of experience in the similar position

• Excellent communication skills in English Behavioral Competencies

• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
