Operations Director (open vacancy) – Cairo


Job Description

Your role – The incumbent would be leading the operations for the company in Egypt. Would also be responsible to ensure synchronization between the technological and Operations department to ensure the highest standard of quality. Lead the changes in industry, services, and technology and innovation projects in the Food & Beverages segment. You would lead manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality assurance for the entire plant. Driving a cohesive strategy that maximizes efficiency, QA, operations management, continuous improvement, Kaizen, and strategic leadership. You would drive and manage plant operations for production with a focus on operating efficiency (OEE) and SQF (Safe Quality Food) production and act as the change leader for fresh ways of working. You would implement, lead, and supports a lean manufacturing culture that aligns with the annual business plan.


Must-haves – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Knowledge of plant operations and food manufacturing processes, including engineering performance. Excellent knowledge of principles of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and a process improvement mindset. Ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple customers, and providing consultative and coaching skills across multiple locations and priorities. Strong project management skills – both strategic and tactical are critical.Egyptian Nationals preferred for the role.
