Sales Manager required for Plastic Factory for the production of preforms and closures in Iraq. The candidate must be a Lebanese national and has experience in a plastic factory environment and with around 10 years, with wide knowledge on blowing machines.
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets & goals through effective planning and budgeting.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Sets the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives, & ensure that the targets are realistic and achievable.
- Ensure that the sales team is delivering desired results & track their performances.
- Maintaining and improving relationships with clients.
- Ensure that the products available to the end users at the right time and at the right place.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
- Maintain inventory control.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- A Lebanese national;
- 10 years’ experience in Plastic factory.
- Knowledge in the blowing machines & production lines.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
