Job Description

Sales Manager required for Plastic Factory for the production of preforms and closures in Iraq. The candidate must be a Lebanese national and has experience in a plastic factory environment and with around 10 years, with wide knowledge on blowing machines.
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets & goals through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Sets the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives, & ensure that the targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Ensure that the sales team is delivering desired results & track their performances. 
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with clients.
  • Ensure that the products available to the end users at the right time and at the right place.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue

Skills

Requirements:

  • A Lebanese national;
  • 10 years’ experience in Plastic factory.
  • Knowledge in the blowing machines & production lines.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.

Experience managing and directing a sales team.
