Job Description

• Train and guide new hires on the process and product knowledge• Develop on existing and new training material.• Assist and ensure a qualitative follow-up of the new agents during their first weeks of production.• Deliver ongoing training classes to existing agents for new products, services, customer service skills, program changes, and market launches.• Conduct quality call monitoring jointly with the client, provide constructive feedback and consequently set up the action plans.• Develop monthly quizzes.• Schedule appropriate training sessions.• Develop technical skills according to the product evolution.• Comply with group policy and procedures in terms of security.


• Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, finance or related field• A minimum of 12 months of proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer• Experience in creating formal multimedia presentations• Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Excellent public speaking skills• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English• Fluency in speaking khaleeji and/or Shami dialect (Golf countries dialect) will be a plus
