HR Assistant – Al Mana


The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the HR function. Working in a challenging fast paced environment the role holder must be able to organize him/herself in line with business priorities and deadlines.

  • Accurate filling of employee requests
  • Ensuring databases are maintained and updated in line with changes
  • Support with clerical work including but not limited to photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Works alongside other department secretaries to support with requirements
  • Must be proficient at Microsoft excel in order to generate reports as and when requested
  • Support the team in implementation of new projects and maintaining HRIS
  • Uphold confidentiality and data security by ensuring all information is safe guarded and stored securely
  • Provide support to the HR department during payroll by coordinating to ensure relevant documents are provided in a timely manner
  • Create memos for communications on behalf of the HR department as and when requested
  • Welcome any visitors to the office providing assistance or directing to relevant individual(s)
  • Ensure seamless HR operations through coordinating for any stationary or office requirements, in line with company procedures
  • Provide support for events that take place, including coordination with relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals
  • Create presentations as and when requested
