Directing, Planning and Organizing the management of the operational department by :

  1. Provide a quality processing services
  2. Internal Control and Management
  3. Control over Payments activities and Transactions
  4. Extend support to Card Business, Finance, Risk, IT and Central Processing Unit
  5. Staff Management
  6. Accuracy in Authorising posting All Entries related to the department
  7. Manage Technology Delivery Functions for all offerings
  8. Manage Technology Strategies & Consulting, Technical tie ups / Partnering Outsourcing & Vendor Management, Creating maximum business value & profitability
  9. Management Integration and Product Management
  10. Cards Payment switch support, transaction analysis and troubleshooting.

Analyzing and solving technical, system and production issues and document resolutions
