My client is an established family group. The are looking for a forward thinking HR leader to come and join their team. The ideal candidate will has a good grasp of digital, HRIS and have previous experience in implementing process improvements.
– You will manage a team of 12 HR and Admin professionals.
– 15 years HR experience
– Past experience working in a family group or conglomerate
– Transformation experience
– HR qualification would be very beneficial
– Retail experience would be hugely beneficial
– Experience managing a team of 10+ professionals
– Must be currently based in UAE
