Job Description

The Role The Engagement & Internal Communications Manager will be responsible in driving and implementing an integrated culture and engagement strategy by inspiring employees with the company’s vision, mission and values. The Engagement & Internal Communications Manager will play an important role within HR team to drive and deliver culture, engagement and internal communications.
The Responsibilities • Lead the development and implementation of internal communication and engagement strategy • Lead the development of the internal communication strategy to deliver the brand values and company’s culture • Enhance onboarding program in collaboration with Line manager • Develop and manage internal channels communication• Lead and manage internal surveys with set objectives to present insights that leads to better decision making• Develop and drive the company’s EVP to support the company’s values and lead change• Plan activities related to engagement and oversee all social activities and events that offer the opportunity to enhance employees’ personal development and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.• Ensure best practices and processes across all activities for consistent delivery of projects • Ensure liaison with external providers and suppliers related to internal activities, choice of service providers and contracts• Drive capability-building for employees to recognize and appreciate diversity and how it assists in meeting company’s vision.• Drive the development and implementation of company’s recognition initiatives that are valued across the organization at all levels.


The Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or in a related field • At least 5 years of previous experience in a Culture & Engagement role• Background and experience in Internal Communications required • Adequate knowledge of web design & web development • Excellent facilitations skills and ability to turn data into meaningful information
