CTET Cut- Off  and Qualifying Marks and Award of CTET Certificate:

The candidates appearing in the exam will be issued Marks Statement. The Candidates securing 60% (General) and above marks will be issued a marks statement and Eligibility Certificate. The examination consists of two papers. Paper 1 is meant for the candidates who wish to be teachers for class 1 to 5 and Paper 2 is meant for the candidates who wish to be teachers for class 6 to 8. Both the papers are 150 marks each. Those candidates who will score marks equal to or more than 90 will be considered as qualified.

How to challenge CTET 2020 Answer Key:

  • Once CBSE releases the CTET 2020 answer key, candidates would be required to raise objections online.
  • To raise objections, simply log in to your account on ctet.nic.in. On the dashboard, candidates would be able to view their recorded responses as well as the CTET answer keys. In case candidates are not satisfied with the answers marked in the answer keys, they can select the correct option.
  • Once selected, upload all the relevant documents to substantiate the objection.
  • Pay the required fees and submit your objections.
  • Candidates may please note that the CTET result would be calculated basis the final CTET answer key. The objections raised would be evaluated and in case the objection is accepted the fee paid would be refunded. As for the objections that are rejected, no refund would be done.
