Account Manager – International Recruiters & Consultants (IRC)

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the assigned accounts relationship (CxO level, Procurement, and Business Users))
  • Generate Leads from the assigned territory for all company line of business units (Platform Solutions, Software Solutions, Managed Services, Intelligent Network Solutions and related support services)
  • Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the assigned target
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously and rightly prioritize business opportunities
  • Management bid submission in coordination with LOBs presales team
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and business forecast on weekly basis
  • Generate profitable revenue
  • Align with company business partners
  • Accounts Receivable Collection
  • Purchasing and Contract negotiation
  • Reporting to the Sales Director
